At Elanford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

       - Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

       - Have original tags attached

       - Be returned in their original packaging

       - Include proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

       - Final sale items

       - Gift cards

       - Personalized or custom-made products

       - Items showing signs of wear or use

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

       - 5–10 business days for return processing

       - Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging.
